Treatments
Cozmetic Skin Clinic has the right to refuse to perform any treatment for any reason in the event of this occurring any money’s paid this will be refund.
Please ensure you read the pre and post treatment aftercare throughly before your appointment.
Full consultations are required prior to any treatment undertaken.
All prescription only medication treatments require patients to undergo a face to face consultation with Cozmetic Skin Clinics Perscriber prior to treatment.
Booking Fee
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Notice
48 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date, if less than 48 hours notice is given the deposit will be non transferable.
No Refunds are offered.
Please note that if you fail to turn up to your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late (classed as a no show) or give less than 24 HOURS you will need to pay a new booking fee for any future appointments as the original fee will be payment for the missed appointment.
Gift Vouchers
1. Vouchers can be used as part or full payment for treatments/procedures available at Cozmetic Skin Clinic only.
2. Any remaining balance on your voucher will be reissued to you as a new voucher with the original expiry date applicable.
3. We reserve the right not to accept vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
4. Appointments are subject to availability.
5. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of a voucher, the difference can be made up with a credit card or cash payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.
6. The voucher recipient cannot request a cash refund for the gift voucher at any time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
7. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
8. Vouchers expire 6 months after date of purchase and the remaining balance will be deducted.
9. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special promotions or to purchase a discounted treatment.
10. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent.
COVID
Please do not attend your appointment if you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or are suffering from ongoing symptoms from a previous infection.
ACE
ACE group guidelines state that you should not undergo an aesthetic procedures within 2 weeks of your planned COVID vaccination date or within 3 weeks of having received it.
Under 18
We do not offer any treatments or consultations to anyone under the age of 18.
Children or Plus One Attending
Please do not bring children or plus ones with you to your appointment they will not be allowed into the clinic, as some treatments are invasive and not suitable for a minor to witness.
